Resin sand casting: the surface is rough, low precision, the cost is higher than clay sand, but the advantage is hard shell, suitable for large pieces; Slightly lower efficiency;

Coated sand casting: the surface is better, the accuracy is better than the former two, the efficiency is high, the degree of mechanization is high, and it is suitable for the production of large quantities of parts.

1. Aluminum alloy: do more low-end products, or need to add sand core molding difficult products, but the wall thickness of more than 4mm;

2. Ductile iron, gray iron;These two materials are the most applicable;
