>>The main process of Plastic Injection:

  • Plastic Preparation: Select appropriate plastic raw materials and perform pretreatment, such as drying and mixing, to ensure their purity and uniformity.

  • Heating and Melting: Heat the plastic raw materials to a molten state, imparting good fluidity and plasticity.

  • Injection Molding: Under high pressure, the molten plastic is injected into the closed mold cavity by the screw of the injection molding machine, filling the entire cavity.

  • Cooling and Solidification: The plastic within the mold gradually cools and solidifies under the action of the cooling system, taking on the desired shape and dimensions.

  • Ejection: Once the plastic is fully solidified, the mold is opened, and the finished product is removed from the mold.

>>Materials:

POM, PP, PC, ABS, ASA, PA6, PA66,etc.

>>Applications:

Due to its high efficiency, flexibility, and strong customizability, injection molding is widely utilized across various industries:

  • Electronics and Electrical: For manufacturing housings, connectors, cables, and other components of electronic devices.

  • Automotive and Transportation: Producing automotive parts such as dashboards, lens covers for headlights, interior trim pieces, etc.

  • Medical Devices: Manufacturing medical equipment, syringes, IV bags, and other medical supplies.

  • Household and Appliances: Producing chairs, tables, TV remotes, appliance housings, and other home furnishings and appliance accessories.

  • Consumer Goods: Manufacturing plastic bottles, toys, utensils, packaging containers, and other daily consumer items.

  • Aerospace: Fabricating components for aircraft and spacecraft, including seats, shells, and other parts.

  • Construction: Producing PVC window frames, drainage systems, insulation materials, and other building materials.
